cali is a pretty cool place*
so we made it safely to sunny california and the one thing i noticed is that there are a MILLION donut shops. like literally one on every corner. while this is kinda strange for a guy who is used to seeing bodegas, chinese spots and churches.
while the tour starts on the 11th we showed up here early in order to lend some support to our good friends family j*davey at their combination release party/performance last night. they kicked ass and took names as usual. while i heard that the purple one was in the house hangin out i didnt see him (and believe you me i tired. but i did bump into tiron, like (of pacific division) and a several tm fans. that was dope, people thought we were there to perform and im like ‘nah no surprise guest performance just hangin out’ i pray each and every one of them roll on over to the el rey in hollywood on the 12th
its kinda weird hangin out on a completely different side of the globe and seeing people you know and have hung out with. we got invited to an afterparty by this girl who i originally know in a roundabout way from nyc but the allure of couches and cold chicken was far too hard to shake so we went back to the crib and rested up.
i dont know what we are doing today but i think it includes schmoozing and dropping by the offices of a few west coast affiliates, should be fun. okay imma go finish eating this delicious ass donut and drink this coffee
