so i was looking for a picture of a guy with his mouth taped shutto illustrate some point i was gonna make and instead i found the clips below. in the first one a very entertaining guy is accused of being the duct taped bandit and he uses his time on camera to be kinda awesome. the second clip is about a guy who is arrested for having sex with his picnic table
