The Almanac of Rap is a topical show that follows trends in rap and examines their origin and impact over time but it’s definitely not as academic as it sounds. It’s more like a person who knows way too much about rap music and hip hop culture has decided to compile that information into a cohesive audio presentation. It’s part playlist, part podcast and It answers questions that you didn’t even know you had.

Aside from hearing me talk to myself, in each episode you can expect to get an expert opinion from a guest that is relevant to each topic. You’ll also discover new music during the mix inspired by the episode’s topic.
